Do you love caring for infants and helping them reach important developmental milestones? Primrose School of Kingwood is seeking a nurturing, dependable, and enthusiastic Infant Teacher to join our team! Our Infant Program serves children ages 6 weeks to 12 months using the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum in a warm, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment.
- Supervise and care for infants while supporting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Implement daily lesson plans and classroom routines.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom.
- Build positive relationships with families and coworkers.
- Follow all Primrose, licensing, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must meet Texas child care licensing requirements.
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of infant development.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and safely lift infants in and out of cribs.
