Make a difference every day.
- Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child.
- Help children learn about language and literacy, science, life skills, and more.
- Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
- Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
What We’re Looking For:
- A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
- Prior early childhood education or childcare experience preferred
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements and background checks
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to excellence
- Full-time availability (30 - 40 hours a week)
- Ability to professionally communication with parents and team members
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child in your care
