We are looking for faculty members who are:
- Applicants that are 18 or older with at least 6 months licensed childcare experience.
- High School diploma or higher education.
- Eager to bring our Balanced Learning Curriculum to life!
- Willing to create a partnership with parents to work towards the best developmentally appropriate education experience for their children.
- Open communicators; willing to help and open to asking for help.
