Our ideal candidate has: 

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education,  or Child Development Associate, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
  • A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
  • Must meet requirements as stipulated by the Virginia State Licensing agency
  • Must have valid CPR Certification and/or within 30 days of employment
  • Ability to train and Supervise people.
  • Must continue to accumulate required hours of training as required by state licensing agency and/or the corporate office
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and various computer skills
 
Job Type: Full-time 

Salary: $37,500.00 to $45,000.00
