What You'll Do:
- Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child.
- Help children learn about language and literacy, science, life skills, and more.
- Support teachers to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
- Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.

What We're Looking For:
- A genuine love for teaching and working with young children.
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
