Build a brighter future for all children. 
As a Toddler/Early Preschool Teacher, you’ll create a fun, safe environment for our 1-3 year old's using a daily schedule designed to develop children’s confidence and independence. You’ll help guide these little ones through small group instruction as they grow their ability to absorb new content and understand increasingly complex information. 

We are looking for strong classroom management skills and a love for kids.

Curriculum is provided by Primrose, so you don't have to spend your personal time working on curriculum. We also have an Education Coach to mentor/coach and support our teachers in delivering Primrose's balanced learning curriculum.

Compensation: $16.00- $18.00 per hour based on qualification and experience
Requirements:

  • One year+ experience working in a preschool.
  • Participate in staff and training meetings.
  • Comfortable working with kids in diapers/pullups.
  • Commit to continuing education.
  • Be willing to open or close if needed.

  •  Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.
  •  Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
  •  Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
