Primrose School of East Windsor, is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic professional as Assistant Director. This role will focus on School Growth and managing school operations working with the Director and Education Coach. 
 
Responsibilities.
  • Manage Front Desk
  • Tours and enrollment
  • Teacher Growth & Development
  • Classroom Environment & Supplies
  • Social media, marketing and local marketing
  • Child Development & Transitions
  • Administration-Child Files, CRM, Supplies
  • Lead Management, Enrollment and Parent Communication
  • Procare Updates
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Business Management, Marketing and Campus environment tasks
  • Open or Close
  • Classroom/Kitchen support when needed.

Our ideal candidate has: 
  • A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
  • Experience in administrative role at center-based childcare.
  • Must be able to open or close.
  • A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Classroom management and teaching experience.
  • Strong marketing and social media skills.
