$500 Sign-on Bonus!
- Our current Support Teacher compensation range is $15 - $18 per hour.
- Hourly compensation within the range is dependent on education, experience and years of service

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive relationship with parents, children, and co-workers
- Support the lead teacher in maintaining a positive, appropriately-structured environment while adhering to the provided classroom schedule
- Support the lead teacher in implementing the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and programming
- Help to maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create and explore
- Attend all required staff meetings, workshops and/or school functions, ensuring that training requirements are met or exceeded
- Observe all rules and regulations of the Primrose School at Westerre Commons and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children
Requirements:
- Ability to relate positively to young children
- Previous teaching experience in a public or private school, preschool or childcare center is preferred but we are willing to train the right person
- Excellent communication skills
- Skills in time management with the ability to organize environment and prioritize work
- Two year degree in early childhood or related field is preferred but we are willing to train the right person
- Must be at least 18 years old.
