Primrose School at The Flatirons is a private preschool that mainly serves children whose ages are 6 weeks up through age 6. Required Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 1 year or more of experience
  • Must complete required trainings
  • Pass background check

Responsibilities and Duties:
  •  Being on time 
  •  Create a safe and encouraging environment for children 
  •  Cleaning the classroom 
  •  Helping the children transition from various activities
  •  Provide assistance to children to fall asleep in a calm atmosphere
  •  Assist primary teachers with various tasks
  • Changing diapers
  • Bring JOY to the classroom each day!
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Prior experience working with children (1 year or more preferred)
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree (any field of study)
  • Knowledge of safe sleep environments and awareness of Colorado OEC Licensing Rules and Regulations. (Training on these topics will be provided)
  • Timely and reliable
  • Enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work together with others
  • Organization skills a must
  • Open-minded
  • Must love kids
