  • Participate in education and professional development of teaching staff.
  • Coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plans for orientation of new staff.
  • Conduct classroom observations to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
  • Create a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves.
  • Engage with teachers by utilizing a continuous feedback model for support and growth

Qualifications:
  • An Associates or Bachelor’s degree, in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field is preferred
  • Strong knowledge and use of desktop computer, calendar management and technology driven platforms
    • Excel, Outlook, Google Suite, Zoom, Calendly, Procare
  • Ability to work within school hours of 7:00am-6:00pm 
  • Extensive knowledge of state licensing regulations
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and advice
  • Able to work with others harmoniously
  • Solution and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary $42,000-$48,000, depending on experience and education
