Schedule Requirement
Applicants must be available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
What You’ll Do
- Create a welcoming, supportive environment for families, children, and staff
- Serve as a key point of contact at the front desk and assist with daily school operations
- Support leadership with enrollment, communication, and administrative tasks
- Manage closing procedures
- Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and compliance standards
- Learn all school roles to effectively support classrooms and team members
- Build strong relationships with families and contribute to a positive school culture

What We’re Looking For
- A passion for working with children and supporting families
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a preschool or childcare setting preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to drive a 14-passenger school bus if needed
