Schedule Requirement

Applicants must be available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

What You’ll Do

  •  Create a welcoming, supportive environment for families, children, and staff 
  •  Fill in classrooms and support all teaching staff
  •  Serve as a key point of contact at the front desk and assist with daily school operations when needed
  •  Support leadership with communication, and administrative tasks 
  • Drive the school's 14 passenger vehicles when needed
  •  Manage closing procedures
  •  Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and compliance standards 
  •  Learn all school roles to effectively support classrooms and team members 
  •  Build strong relationships with families and contribute to a positive school culture

What We’re Looking For

  •  A passion for working with children and supporting families 
  •  Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  •  At least 2 years of experience in a preschool or childcare setting preferred 
  •  Must be at least 21 years of age 
  •  Ability to drive a 14-passenger school bus if needed
