As a part-time teacher, you’ll create a fun, safe environment where children explore, learn, and grow through purposeful play that nurtures their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Assess children’s developmental needs and implement approved lesson plans
  • Build genuine relationships with children and help them explore language, literacy, science, and life skills
  • Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that inspires confidence and decision-making
  • Ensure adherence to all regulations and standards for health, safety, and care
  • Assist with classroom maintenance and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Meet local childcare regulatory requirements
  • Previous experience in licensed early childhood programs preferred
  • Knowledge of young children’s social, emotional, and creative needs
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. for child handling and safety
  • ECT/Lead Teacher Qualification preferred
