Hours: 6:15am - 12:00pm

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Part-Time

  • Shifts Available: Early morning and afternoon shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Assist lead teachers in implementing classroom activities and maintaining a positive, engaging learning environment.

  • Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development through play, structured activities, and one-on-one interactions.

  • Help ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

  • Build relationships with children, parents, and staff to foster a strong school community.

  • Supervise children and provide assistance during meals, rest periods, and transitions between activities.

  • Follow all Primrose School policies and state licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A love for working with children and a passion for early childhood education.

  • Previous experience in a childcare setting is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to various classroom settings.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Must be reliable and able to work assigned shifts.
