Primrose School at National Landing is a premier early childhood education center offering a Balanced Learning® approach that nurtures curiosity, builds character, and inspires a lifelong love of learning. We are seeking a bright, energetic, and welcoming professional to join our leadership team as our Enrollment Manager. This role combines enrollment management with select assistant director responsibilities, supporting the overall operations of the school.

The Enrollment Manager plays a key role in growing our school by leading enrollment efforts, building strong family relationships, and supporting the administrative operations of the school. This position is ideal for someone with exceptional communication and organizational skills who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Enrollment & Family Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, delivering an exceptional first impression.

  • Conduct engaging tours of the school, highlighting our programs and philosophy.

  • Respond promptly to all inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain ongoing communication with prospective families.

  • Guide families through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.

  • Maintain and update enrollment data and waitlists.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local enrollment strategies and events.

  • Support the Director in managing daily school operations and staff scheduling.

  • Help ensure compliance with all licensing and Primrose standards.

  • Assist in addressing parent concerns and supporting staff development.

  • Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, families, and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in enrollment, admissions, or school administration (early childhood setting preferred).

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Proficiency with CRM or school management software preferred.

  • Must meet state licensing requirements for child care administrators or be willing to obtain credentials as needed.
