Nurture a child’s first five years by:
- Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
- Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety
- Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
- Managing operation of the school
- Ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control
Requirements:
- Completion of a 40-hour Director’s Training that meets eligibility requirements with Bright from the Start (BFTS)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Director in an early childhood education setting
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to approach challenging situations with professionalism and grace
- Warm, loving, and approachable demeanor with both families and children
