Position: Head/Lead Teacher, (expert in Infant and Toddler development and programing)

As an Infant & Toddler Head Teacher, you'll embark on an exciting journey of discovery alongside our little learners. You'll build trusted relationships with families as you provide nurturing care and help infants develop their foundation. Responsibilities
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
  • Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
  • Facilitate infant sign-language, music, art enrichment programming
  • Manage classroom safety and ensure a clean learning space
  • Maintain a smooth and organized infant/toddler class schedule
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
  • Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth
Qualifications
  • College/University degree in an Education-related major
  • Child Development Associates (if applicable)
  • 5+ years of experience working in early childhood education 
  • 5+ years working with infant and toddlers
  • Strong leadership skills to thrive in the opening a brand-new preschool
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Passion for nurturing and educating young children

Salary Range: Competitive - Based upon years of programmatic experience and educational credentials.
