 Nurture a child’s first five years by: 
  • Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
  • Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety 
  •  Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
  • Managing operation of the school in the Director’s absence
  • Assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control
Qualifications:
  • Must meet requirements of local childcare regulatory agency and Primrose School’s.
  • A degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field, and/or at least two years' work experience in a licensed childcare facility, or early childhood program preferred.
  • Experience in management, business, and/or public relations preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00
 
Shift Schedule: Flexible availability required between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
