Are you a certified early childhood educator who loves nurturing curiosity and helping children grow? At Primrose School of Canton at Blue Hills, we’re looking for passionate Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Teachers to join our warm, supportive school community — no nights, no weekends.

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll partner with families to provide nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Using our exclusive digital Balanced Learning® curriculum, you’ll focus on what matters most — meaningful connections and joyful discovery with your students.
You’ll create a safe, welcoming classroom where children feel valued, supported, and excited to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans (provided for you)
- Support each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy learning space
- Build strong relationships with families and fellow educators
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for educating and caring for young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in early childhood or preschool settings preferred
- Infant/Toddler/Preschool classroom experience preferred
- EEC Certification required
