  • Curriculum & Quality Assurance: Support implementation of a high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum and ensure excellence in classroom instruction.
  • Family & Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with families through open communication, transparency, and trust; confidently conduct tours of the center and represent the school to prospective families and community partners.
  • Financial & Operational Management: Manage budgets, oversee enrollment, track key metrics, and use data to make informed decisions.
  • Technology & Systems Management: Leverage digital tools and platforms to streamline communication, enhance administrative efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure the school maintains the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in early childhood education or school administration
  • Strong knowledge of New Jersey childcare licensing standards and compliance requirements
  • Confident and engaging communicator with the ability to conduct family tours, lead meetings, and represent the school professionally
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms, including childcare management systems, communication apps, and productivity tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • A team-oriented mindset and a passion for fostering a positive learning environment for children and staff

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • 401(k)
  • Vision, Dental and paid time off (PTO) benefits
  • Professional development opportunities and ongoing leadership training
  • Supportive ownership and the opportunity to grow into senior leadership roles
