What You’ll Do:
- Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Support social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Provide care for students, including assisting with meals and toileting
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
- Communicate effectively with families and staff to foster a supportive community

Requirements:
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children
- No prior teaching experience required; training will be provided
- CDA or Associate’s in Early Childhood Education preferred (not required)
