About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Implement engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to build a strong community.
- Encourage creativity and exploration through hands-on activities and play-based learning.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
- Conduct regular assessments to track children's progress and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young learners.
- Background check clearance required prior to employment.
