At Primrose School of Chapel Hill at Briar Chapel, we’re hiring both Lead and Assistant Toddler Teachers to join a structured, supportive team where you’re never left to figure it out alone. Pay & Perks
- $15+/hour (based on role, experience & credentials)
- Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts | No nights or weekends
- 7–15 days PTO, paid Birthday day off, 8 paid holidays plus paid winter break (Christmas Eve through New Year's Day)

What you’ll do
· Create a safe, nurturing space for toddlers to explore
· Support social-emotional growth and early language development
· Guide children through routines and transitions
· Work as part of a team to maintain ratio and classroom flow
· Build positive relationships with families
· Use Primrose’s Balanced Learning® curriculum (we train you)
What we’re looking for
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- North Carolina Early Childhood Credential (NCECC) or equivalent preferred
- Early childhood experience preferred (not required)
- Warm, patient, and dependable personality
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to Chapel Hill, NC
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs for child safety
