Classroom Resource Coordinator

Primrose School of East Cobb at Sprayberry is seeking a Resource Coordinator to join our leadership support team. This role requires a versatile professional who can coordinate classroom resources, support daily school operations, step into classrooms as needed, and ensure smooth closing procedures each day.

Compensation & Schedule

  • $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and education
  • Monday–Friday | 9:0 AM – 6:00 PM
  • No nights, weekends, or major holidays

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with front desk reception oversight and daily operational coordination
  • Ensure closing procedures are completed accurately each day
  • Monitor classrooms to ensure licensing compliance, ratios, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with leadership on classroom management and educational support needs
  • Conduct regular classroom walkthroughs and ratio checks
  • Maintain professional communication with families and staff
  • Provide classroom coverage and teaching support when needed

Qualifications
  • Must meet state childcare licensing requirements
  • CDA, TCC, or Associates degree required
  • 1-3 years previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood, daycare, preschool, PreK or childcare program required
  • Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations 
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
