Primrose School of North Meridian is seeking a passionate and experienced Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our team. If you love inspiring young minds, creating meaningful learning experiences, and building strong relationships with children and families, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Pre-K Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in preparing children for kindergarten by fostering curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in a nurturing and engaging classroom environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, engaging lessons aligned with the Primrose curriculum
• Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom where children feel supported and excited to learn
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and development
• Build strong partnerships with families through open communication and collaboration
• Maintain an organized, inviting classroom that supports hands-on learning
• Lead activities that encourage creativity, problem-solving, and social-emotional growth
• Ensure compliance with all state licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or early learning setting
• Teaching license or Early Childhood Education certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with young children
• Solid understanding of early childhood development and best practices
• Ability to create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred
• A team-oriented attitude and commitment to professional growth
