Education and Experience:
- Program Director Permit or Child Development Site Supervisor Permit
- Or: a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, 3 units Administration, and 1 year teaching
- Or: a degree in Child Development, 3 units Administration, and 2 years teaching
- Or: 12 core ECE/Child Development units with 3 units in Admin or Staff Relations, 4 years teaching experience
- Familiarity with state licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families, staff, and the community
Additional Requirements (Preferred):
- Health & Safety: Valid pediatric CPR and First Aid certification (EMSA approved), 15 hours of Health and Safety training, and Mandated Reporter training
- Clearances: Criminal record clearance through DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Index
- Medical: Proof of negative TB test, health screening, and required immunizations (Measles, Pertussis, and Influenza—or valid declination)
Compensation: $73,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
