Position Summary:
The Regional Education Coach supports multiple Primrose School locations by ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality early childhood education. This role partners with school leadership and teaching staff to implement curriculum, drive instructional excellence, and maintain compliance with Primrose standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to teachers and school leadership across assigned locations
  • Ensure effective implementation of the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve instructional practices
  • Support schools in maintaining compliance with licensing, accreditation, and company standards
  • Assist with onboarding and professional development of new teachers
  • Analyze school performance data and create action plans to improve educational outcomes
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance classroom environments and student engagement
  • Travel between assigned school locations as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education
  • Previous coaching, mentoring, or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum implementation and classroom management strategies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
Salary Range:  $55,000 to $65,000, based on level of education and relevant experience. 

Shift Schedule:  We offer flexible shifts between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
