Position: Education Coach

What You’ll Do -- As Education Coach, you will champion teacher growth and classroom excellence by:
- Coaching and supporting teachers across multiple age groups and developmental stages
- Conducting classroom observations to strengthen instructional delivery and classroom culture
- Reinforcing the implementation of the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum with excellence and consistency
- Partnering with school leadership in the selection, hiring, and development of high-potential educators
- Helping design and deliver a thoughtful onboarding experience for new teachers
- Providing real-time mentoring, modeling, and feedback that strengthens teacher confidence and effectiveness
- Supporting teachers in the use of Primrose’s exclusive digital tools and curriculum platform
- Promoting a safe, healthy, nurturing, and engaging learning environment in every classroom
- Support with Admissions/Family Touring process.
- Collaborating with the Leadership Team to elevate standards and foster a culture of accountability, encouragement, and growth

The Ideal Candidate
The right candidate is positive and will bring a strong foundation in early childhood education, along with the presence, coaching ability, and instructional eye to help others grow. They understand that excellence is built through consistency, mentorship, modeling, and care.
They will not only support teachers — they will help elevate the standard.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $78,000
Shift Schedule: Flexible to work a rotating schedule with current leadership team.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
