The Primrose School of New Providence located at 165 South Street, New Providence, NJ 07974 is in search of a Food Service Worker for our warming kitchen who can help prepare delicious, nutritious food. The hours are approximately Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm.

The Primrose School of New Providence is an accredited private preschool/daycare that provides a premier educational childcare experience. We offer year-round programs for children from infant through elementary-aged school age.

Make a difference every day.
  • Encourage healthy eating habits through delicious and nutritious foods.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of children who have allergies and food restrictions.
  • Ensure food service area and food are free of nuts, nut products or food items that have been processed in a facility that also processes nut products.
  • Follow the daily menu prepared in collaboration with or by the Director.  
  • Assist with ordering food and calculating the amount needed.
  • Support Classrooms
  • Assists in other capacities that the Director, or designee, determines are necessary

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
