Role: Evening Cleaner at Primrose School of Yankee
Position: Evening Cleaner
at Primrose, every team member plays a meaningful role in creating a clean, safe, and joyful place for young children to learn and grow. As an Evening Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for transforming our classrooms and bathrooms each night so they’re fresh, sanitized, and ready for another day of discovery. Your attention to detail helps maintain the high standards families expect from our school.

Responsibilities
- Spend several hours each evening detail-cleaning classrooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces.
- Deep clean and sanitize bathroom floors, toilets, sinks, and high‑touch surfaces
- Thoroughly sweep, mop, and disinfect classroom floors, including under furniture and play areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock essential supplies such as paper products and soap
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic preschool environment
- Communicate with school leadership about supply needs or maintenance concerns
- Ensure all spaces are organized, spotless, and ready for the next school day
Qualifications
- • Strong communication skills to coordinate with school leadership and staff
• Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in maintaining a clean, safe environment for young children
• Experience in cleaning, custodial work, or facility maintenance preferred
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines specific to preschool environments
• Comfort working independently during evening hours
• Commitment to supporting a high‑quality learning environment through exceptional cleanliness

Salary Range: $16 - $18 per hour
Shift Schedule: Roughly 5 pm -9 pm (able to discuss)
