Responsibilities
  •  Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants 
  •  Implement age-appropriate lesson plans (provided for you through our curriculum) 
  •  Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules 
  •  Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom
  •  Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members
  •  Support each child’s individual development, including social and emotional growth 
  •  Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
What We’re Looking For
  •  Experience working with infants in a childcare or early childhood setting (preferred) 
  •  A genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children
  •  Strong communication and teamwork skills
  •  Patient, reliable, and attentive personality 
  •  Ability to create a calm, responsive, and engaging environment for infants

Salary Range: $17 - $20/hr

Shift Schedule: M-F (8 hour shift)
