- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and resolve potential safety hazards.
- Collaborate with the school administration to prioritize maintenance tasks and projects.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or handyman services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and address maintenance needs.
