Key Responsibilities:
• Passionately communicate all aspects of the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to teaching and learning.
• Create a culture of engagement and continuous improvement within the educational environment.
• Collaborate with members of the Leadership Team to provide ongoing feedback for teaching staff, utilizing tools such as the Teacher Observation Tool and student assessment data.
• Work with teachers to identify strengths and areas for improvement, designing plans for continual enhancement.
• Coordinate with the Leadership Team to implement training plans for new teaching staff according to classroom-specific Continual Learning Guides.
• Ensure that teacher training requirements are current and comprehensive.
• Conduct regular classroom observations to support and ensure the effective implementation of the Balanced Learning® curriculum.
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in an educational setting.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff to enhance curriculum delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to various classroom environments and teaching styles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in coaching or mentoring educators.
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices.
