About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Implement engaging summer camp activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development.
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children during all camp activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and experiences.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive and dynamic camp experience.
- Conduct daily assessments of children's needs and adapt activities accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom and outdoor space.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to camp operations as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or camp setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Positive attitude and a passion for fostering children's growth and learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and needs of the children.
