What You’ll Do
- Â Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for preschool-aged childrenÂ
- Â Foster curiosity, confidence, and a love of learningÂ
- Â Use prepared lesson plans and hands-on activities to create joyful learning experiencesÂ
- Â Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow team membersÂ
- Â Guide positive classroom behavior and support social-emotional developmentÂ
-  Encourage every child’s individual growth and learning journeyÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Â A passion for working with young childrenÂ
- Â Positive attitude and strong communication skillsÂ
- Â Ability to create a caring and supportive learning environmentÂ
- Â Classroom management skills or willingness to learnÂ
-  Experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training!Â
