Are you an early childhood leader who enjoys developing teachers, building relationships with families, and creating a school community where children flourish? Primrose School of North Richardson at Lookout is seeking a School Director to lead daily operations and support excellence in education and care.
In this role, you will combine compassionate leadership with strong organizational and business skills to create a safe, welcoming school where children and team members can succeed.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Build trusting relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Recruit, coach, and support teachers to create a strong, engaged team.
- Lead daily school operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and accountability.
- Maintain a commitment to health, safety, and applicable licensing requirements.
- Support consistent implementation of the Balanced Learning curriculum.
- Communicate proactively with families and address concerns with care and professionalism.
- Learn the responsibilities of each school position so you can effectively guide and support your team.
- Grow enrollment through meaningful family connections and community engagement.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and expenses to support the school’s success.
