Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 6 plus years of hands-on experience in early childhood education, including classroom teaching experience.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or leading educators preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, developmentally appropriate practice, and effective classroom management.
