Position Overview
As a Preschool Teacher, you will embark on an exciting journey of discovery alongside our little learners. You will build trusted relationships with families as you provide nurturing care and help children build a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Our exclusive digital learning platform gives you everything you need to create joyful learning experiences for the children in your care, and our leadership team will support your growth every step of the way.
This role requires:
- A passion for nurturing and educating young children – patience, warmth, and genuine joy in helping children learn and grow
- Strong classroom management skills – maintaining a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
- Strong communication abilities – clear, professional, and caring interactions with children, families, and staff
- A consistently positive and professional attitude – fostering a welcoming and collaborative environment
- Early childhood experience preferred, but not required – training will be provided for those new to the field

Key Responsibilities
Classroom Environment
- Nurturing Learning Environment – create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe classroom for preschool-aged children
- Classroom Management – guide classroom behavior with positive, consistent strategies that keep every child safe and engaged
Curriculum & Learning
- Balanced Learning® Curriculum – implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you and delivered through our exclusive digital learning platform
- Individual Growth – support each child’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional development
Family & Team Partnership
- Family Communication – communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive school community

Position Details
- Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience
- Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday - Shift Hours TBD (no nights or weekends)
